• Produce, amend and format legal and business documents • Work closely with colleagues across the firm to complete documents accurately, professionally and within required timescales • Format and rebrand documents in line with house style guidelines • Transcribe digital dictation and accurately interpret briefs • Proofread and quality-check work before delivery • Create and amend electronic bundles and bibles • Upload and download documentation via data rooms • Manage priorities effectively to meet deadlines • Support continuous improvement across the Document Production Centre • Provide outstanding internal client service and communication
• Previous experience within a document production team • Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Experience producing and formatting complex documents • Excellent proofreading and attention to detail skills • Strong communication and client service abilities • Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage competing deadlines • Proactive and flexible approach to work • Confidence using initiative and solving document-related issues • Collaborative mindset and ability to build positive working relationships • Subject to employment screening background checks, including personal details, education and employment history, professional qualifications, and credit and criminal checks as appropriate
