• Developing new sales opportunities • Managing existing client relationships • Providing risk management solutions tailored to clients of all sizes • Building/generating a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts • Presenting customized insurance solutions to meet clients' specific needs • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients • Acting as a trusted advisor for clients' personal and family insurance needs • Keeping clients informed on market trends, emerging risks, and changes in regulations • Preparing and submitting regular progress reports on sales performance and account activities

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Property and Casualty License in the state in which you're applying for • Experience in personal lines sales and/or service • Outgoing and energetic personality where you enjoy going out and finding leads on your own. • Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively prioritizing risks to manage concurrent workflow. • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively. • Must have a strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage. • Must possess a developing knowledge of personal insurance markets to place new business and understand the supplemental insurance marketplace. • Strong sales acumen and experience with AMS 360
