• Valid Property and Casualty License in the state in which you're applying • Experience in personal lines sales and/or service • Outgoing and energetic personality where you enjoy going out and finding leads on your own • Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively prioritizing risks to manage concurrent workflow • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively • Must have a strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage. • Preferred qualifications include: • Must possess a developing knowledge of personal insurance markets to place new business and understand the supplemental insurance marketplace • Strong sales acumen and experience with AMS 360
