📋 Description

•Project Director – Mount Nansen Remediation Project •Canada – Full-Time Permanent •Mount Nansen Remediation LP (MNRLP) is a joint venture between Ensero Solutions and JDS Energy & Mining, formed to lead the cleanup and reclamation of the abandoned Mount Nansen Mine Site. In partnership with the Little Salmon Carmacks First Nation and the Government of Canada, MNRLP brings together Ensero’s proven expertise in environmental assessment, permitting, and remediation, with JDS’s strength in engineering, construction, and field operations. This collaborative approach ensures a highly capable and experienced team dedicated to the successful delivery of the Mount Nansen Remediation Project. •About the Role •Reporting to the Mount Nansen Remediation Limited Partnership (MNRLP) Board, this role will be responsible for the oversight, direction and execution of the Mount Nansen Remediation Project and is responsible for the overall delivery and performance (scope, schedule, cost and community engagement) of the project.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or construction. •20+ years of relevant experience in environmental remediation, mine closure, infrastructure, or related large-scale program direction. •Demonstrated experience leading and being responsible for executing large-capital projects with budgets exceeding $100M. •Proven track record delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget. •Exceptional communication skills and experience working with Indigenous governments and communities. •Experience in partnership governance and board-level reporting. •Knowledge of northern Canadian environmental and regulatory context is a strong asset.
