📋 Description
• Construction accounts for 4.2% of GDP and employs over 7 million people. • As a founding engineer, you will work directly with the CTO to design and develop an industry-leading platform. • You will be tasked with becoming deeply familiar with the construction industry in order to build transformative software that meets the needs of a diverse customer base. • TrueBuilt is looking for engineers who: • Put the customer’s needs first • Take ownership of their decisions • Love to work on any part of the software stack. • Construction is the backbone of America, and TrueBuilt aims to be the backbone of the construction industry. • The basis of the platform is NextJS & Typescript. Prisma acts as our ORM to connect to a Postgres database. • Github Actions and Vercel power our CI/CD pipeline for rapid development.
🎯 Requirements
• Experienced - You have a proven track record of delivering high quality software • 0 to 1 - You can take an idea and transform it into working software • Learning Mindset - You are eager to learn and contribute to all parts of the stack • Frontend Capable - Break down a design into its component parts and code it • Experience in one or more: database design, DevOps, CI/CD, UI/UX design • Experience with NextJS is a plus • Experience working in a startup is a plus
