📋 Description

• Own platform product roadmaps, backlogs, trade-offs, and product health • Lead the team responsible for maintaining and improving established systems • Set direction, clarify priorities, protect engineering focus, and maintain quality standards • Work with clients, Client Success, Operations, and Compliance to understand needs • Communicate product changes, functionality, and rationale to domain teams rebuilding the functionality on a new platform • Triage and prioritize escalations while keeping stakeholders informed • Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure changes comply with FDCPA, Reg F, and TCPA • Decide what functionality stays, moves to the new platform, or is retired • Sequence and execute migrations with minimal client disruption • Document system operations and prepare runbooks, training, and metrics for Operations, Client Success, and Compliance • Serve as a point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding changes, fixes, and explanations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Management • Track record of shipping products that moved revenue • Experience with clients, executives, and senior internal partners • Ability to define precise problems, constraints, and success criteria for engineering • Ability to set direction, unblock people, raise the bar, and own results • Ability to make messy systems reliable, understandable, and more valuable • Ability to read integration specifications • Ability to reason about data flows and dependencies • Technical credibility with engineers regarding implementation costs • Ability to investigate product performance independently • Ability to turn conflicting inputs and incomplete documentation into actionable plans • Fintech, collections, lending, regulated financial services, and B2B2C experience are a plus • Ability to work outside standard business hours when necessary • Occasional local or international travel may be necessary • Reliable internet connection and professional work environment • Ability to protect confidential information while working outside a company office
