📋 Description

• Create and maintain web features, including integration scripts and applications, and develop unit tests for those features. • Investigate application issues in collaboration with support, backend, and merchant teams. • Propose and implement refactors. • Provide high-accuracy effort estimates for tasks. • Analyze large volumes of data to detect potential issues and recommend performance improvements. • Identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions. • Participate in technical meetings and propose problem-solving approaches. • Configure alerts in the company’s metrics systems. • Recommend new tools and technologies. • Mentor and onboard new developers, training them on the development process, patterns, and existing features. • Participate in functional meetings with non-engineering teams, demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of front-end features, and propose solutions. • Document features using the available tools. • Create integrated tests using the provided tool. • In refinement meetings, evaluate proposals and help define the best solution. • Participate in war rooms and help create action plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing and designing software systems. • Strong sense of layout aesthetics and a commitment to delivering thoughtful UX and pixel-perfect web pages. • Excellent coding skills in JavaScript (ES6), HTML, and CSS. • Expert knowledge of the React framework. • Solid understanding of object-oriented concepts and strong coding practices. • Prior experience with source control systems. • Plus: Ability to communicate effectively with teams outside your country and a high level of proficiency in English.
