📋 Description

• Oversee and support day-to-day activities of the organizations internal operations and assigned administration responsibilities. • Direct and deliver efficient procedures by managing processes, aligning teams, and optimizing workflows to support compliance operations. • Coordinate delivery of diverse contract documents including Master Subcontractor Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, and various partner and service agreements, soliciting review and input as needed from others. • Maintain jurisdictional compliance across multiple states, overseeing all required entity filings and regulatory documentation. • Analyze and ensure sales and use tax compliance across all applicable jurisdictions. • Support corporate governance initiatives and compliance requirements. • Coordinate Legal Department operations, implementing efficient systems for contract management, partner relations, and subcontractor oversight. • Execute strategic special projects as assigned by executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in public sector services and familiarity with contracting and compliance reporting • 1-5 years providing general administrative assistance • Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels • Must be capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment • Associates degree in business, law, or related field; (e.g., CPCM) preferred
