📋 Description

• Produce high-quality, engaging, original content for use across multiple platforms • Own and operate multiple official social media channels, including their content strategy, output, and results • Drive creative social media campaigns in collaboration with design, content, marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams • Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance across channels • Translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve future performance • Innovate and implement test-and-learn strategies while delivering results • Analyze the social media landscape in real time and provide actionable insights on hot topics, breaking news, sentiment, and market observations • Engage and build social media communities through one-on-one and one-to-many conversations

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, including DeFi trading, self-custody principles, and blockchain security • 3–5 years of professional experience in web3 digital marketing or social media roles • Hosting experience for spaces, AMAs, podcasts, and interviews in the blockchain ecosystem • Clear, concise, adaptable communication style, with creativity and humor when appropriate • Keen understanding of and awareness of the cryptocurrency market • Strong knowledge of Reddit and cryptocurrency-focused sub-communities • Experience managing and operating X (Twitter), TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to multitask across multiple social media channels • A meme connoisseur • Video content creation experience, such as Instagram Reels and TikTok, is a plus • Must have the right to work in the country where based • Company is unable to provide visa sponsorship
