📋 Description

• Define and execute the product roadmap across stablecoin payments, fiat on/off ramp, merchant payment gateway, card-issuing partnership and cross-border payments • Navigate and translate global regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product decisions — ensuring compliance without sacrificing user experience • Partner with legal and compliance teams to anticipate regulatory shifts across key jurisdictions and build ahead of them • Work directly with merchants and payment partners to understand integration needs, pain points, and opportunities — translating them into product requirements • Drive alignment across engineering, operations, and business development on roadmap priorities and go-to-market timeline, market readiness, and revenue delivery plans. • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of payment products — from discovery and scoping through launch, iteration, and scaling • Create and operate structured governance models with merchant partners through regular cadence (QBRs), performance tracking (activation rates, conversion, engagement, and ROI etc), and opportunity area.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of product management experience, with at least 1-2 years in payments, fintech, or crypto • Deep understanding of payments infrastructure — card networks (Visa/Mastercard), stablecoins, fiat rails, and cross-border payment flows • Hands-on experience navigating financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions • Proven ability to lead and grow a product team in a fast-moving environment • Strong track record of working with merchants or payment partners in an external-facing capacity • Comfortable operating in a decentralized, global, async-first environment • Web3-native mindset — you understand the nuances of crypto UX, wallet infrastructure, and on-chain/off-chain dynamics.
