📋 Description

• Truv is transforming the financial data industry with a secure, real-time API platform for payroll account access. • Build and optimize products that enable lenders to verify income and employment, streamline decisioning, and improve borrower experiences. • Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and analytics teams to deliver solutions that impact conversion rates, risk mitigation, and loan processing efficiency. • Execution-focused role using lending technology to design, test, and deliver impactful features serving lenders and borrowers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in lending, mortgage, or financial technology. • Proven experience delivering products used by lenders, risk teams, underwriters, or financial institutions. • Strong understanding of income and employment verification, loan origination, and decisioning workflows. • Track record running user testing and A/B experimentation to inform product decisions. • Excellent execution skills—able to manage competing priorities and deliver in fast-paced environments. • Make data-driven product decisions, leveraging analytics and experimentation to measure impact and prioritize features. • Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and synthesize into actionable product plans. • Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, compliance, and business teams. • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and turn insights into product improvements. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience at startups or high-growth environments preferred.
