📋 Description

• Perform data analyses and create dashboards and visualizations using our proprietary tools and databases as well as other solutions such as Microsoft Excel, Python, and other analytic platforms. • Assist in preparing clear, concise reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. • Using claims data and other benefits-related information, support senior analysts and consultants in identifying trends and patterns, as well as opportunities to reduce costs or improve the quality of care. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA. • Investigate and resolve data issues. • Provide user support to system users at our customers and consulting partners. • Collaborate with cross-functional client teams including data management, clinical experts, and product support to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Health Informatics, Public Health, Statistics, Business Management or a related discipline. • Familiarity with data analysis and/or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R, Tableau) • Basic understanding of healthcare data and terminology (claims data, ICD-10, CPT codes) is a plus. • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
