• Manage all Shopify operations: order processing, inventory, and returns. • Oversee shipping and fulfillment via ShipStation, serving as the main contact for carriers. • Handle customer service operations related to orders and tracking using Gorgias. • Manage financial tasks: record payments in QuickBooks, and process A/R and A/P. • Ensure sales-tax compliance using Avalara and handle affiliate payouts.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional, hands-on Shopify experience is required. • Proven experience in an operations, logistics, or e-commerce role. • A self-starter who can work autonomously and make confident decisions. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to quickly learn new platforms like ShipStation, Gorgias, and QuickBooks. • Bonus Points: Experience with ShipStation, Gorgias, QuickBooks, or Avalara.
