📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Client Success and Support Specialist • We are seeking a proactive and organized Client Success and Support Specialist to provide exceptional client support, coordinate events, and foster community engagement. • In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their success through personalized interactions, event organization, and effective problem-solving. • Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will enhance client satisfaction and contribute to a thriving community. • Core Tasks: • Serving as the first point of contact for agency owners, addressing inquiries and providing personalized support • Managing email correspondence and ensuring timely follow-ups to address client concerns • Troubleshooting issues, offering solutions, and improving the overall client experience • Preparing and distributing newsletters, updates, and other client communications • Organizing and coordinating client-focused events, including webinars and workshops • Managing event logistics such as RSVP tracking, reminders, and post-event follow-ups • Maintaining client schedules, booking calls and meetings, and tracking engagement opportunities • Handling a ticketing system to resolve support requests efficiently • Assisting in creating and managing templates, resources, and digital materials for streamlined communication • Ensuring clients are on track to achieve their goals through coaching and consulting services

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in client success, customer support, or a related role • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on client satisfaction • Strong organizational and time-management abilities • Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools like Monday.com or similar platforms • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to solving problems • Experience in event coordination and community engagement • Familiarity with the real estate media industry
