📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Content Specialist to join our growing team. • In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough keyword research, creating SEO-optimized blog content and web copy, and implementing strategies to improve website performance and search rankings. • You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance our content strategy with SEO insights, track key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to continuously optimize our online presence. • Additionally, you’ll be responsible for researching competitor sites, developing a robust bank of blog topics, and contributing to the development of role-related SOPs. • Core Tasks: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for driving site traffic. • Produce engaging, optimized blog content/web copy that aligns with SEO best practices. • Analyze website performance and implement strategies to improve search rankings. • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance impact with SEO-driven insights. • Track, report, and optimize SEO strategies using key metrics. • Research competitor sites and top industry voices to build a bank of blog topics. • Develop role-related SOPs and perform other marketing-related tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Must-Have: 4-5+ years of experience with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization • Expertise in SEO tools such as SemRush, AHrefs, and other industry-standard platforms • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO strategies • Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to craft content that is both SEO-optimized and engaging • Ability to work EST • Nice to Have: Familiarity with social media strategies and how they align with SEO goals • Understanding of link-building strategies
