âą Direct communication and management of your team âą Closely monitor performance & quality metrics & take corrective action as necessary âą Manage across functions (quality, prod, etc) to meet program deliverables âą Cost management & budget monitoring âą Participate in team trainings âą Risk management on the team level
đŻ Requirements
âą 1-2 years experience of coordination/management âą Excellent communication - both written & verbal âą Must speak fluent English âą Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) âą Be flexible to support field operations; non-standard hours âą Be experienced in preparing reports, presentation decks âą Be able to digest information quickly & turn it into actions âą Be able to manage a team, often in situations of high-stress âą Be able to remotely manage the team âą Detail-oriented and proactive mindset âą Would be beneficial: Ukrainian language âą Fleet/logistics management experience âą Previous training experience
