📋 Description

• Lead medium-scale client engagements and complex project delivery • Lead technical requirements elicitation, design, and scoping discussions with internal teams and clients • Decompose requirements and user stories into tasks and estimate effort • Delegate technical tasks across multi-workstream projects • Lead projects involving onshore and offshore resources • Independently identify problems, evaluate solutions, and drive ownership • Raise and articulate project risks to the PM, delivery team, and internal leadership • Collaborate on solutions and mitigation approaches and participate in client communication • Monitor consultant task completion and help eliminate impediments • Support business development by developing client proposals and presentations with sales and delivery • Advise primary-level client stakeholders • Guide technical and non-technical stakeholders on technical concepts and design implications • Present to clients in a business-focused, impactful, and persuasive manner • Assist with solution architecture and design, technical leadership, and mentoring for Azure, DevOps, and Agile initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery • 5+ years of experience leading consulting projects for large clients • Experience with three or more project types: Azure Compute (PaaS & Containers); fit-for-purpose data store selection; messaging and events; API design and management; integration and APIs; AI and search; SDLC/DevOps/platform engineering; performance and scalability/reliability and release; identity and access; monitoring and observability; documentation and leadership • Experience with four or more of: design patterns and architectural concepts; .NET Core; C#; Angular, React, Blazor, or comparable front-end tools; Entity Framework/Dapper; relational and non-relational data storage; CI/CD and IaC; Visual Studio; GitHub/ADO; Git and pull requests; automated tests; Scrum/Kanban/Agile • Experience contributing to user stories and backlog content, including task management and progress visibility • 4 or more Microsoft Azure Application Development & DevOps, AI & Machine Learning, and/or Architecture & Development certifications • AZ204, AZ102, and AZ400 highly recommended • Outstanding ability to present to clients in a business-focused, impactful, and persuasive manner • Constant learner who proactively pursues educational opportunities, certifications, market trends, and self-improvement
