• Designing, developing, and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform. • Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Providing ongoing support to customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience. • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies. • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web service integrations (SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.) • Experience with ServiceNow scripting and APIs. • ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred. • Ideally, experience or understanding of CX technologies (Salesforce, Genesys, Microsoft Dynamics, Cisco WCC, AWS Connect, NICE CXone)
