⢠Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Solution Architect with a focus on ServiceNow. ⢠In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including CSM, FSM, CCaaS, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or other modules. ⢠Hands-on experience with ServiceNow solutioning, architecture, and integrations. ⢠Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. ⢠Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously. ⢠Preferred Qualifications ⢠Experience with Customer Service Management and CCaaS. ⢠Experience with CTI and IVR integrations. ⢠Experience with Field Service Management ⢠Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. ⢠Familiarity with additional ServiceNow products and modules. ⢠Knowledge of cloud platforms and enterprise architecture frameworks.
