📋 Description

• Edit creative digital advertising video content for social media platforms. • Communicate with client pod Creative Producers and Leads to ensure edits are executed based on performance goals. • Receive and implement creative direction and feedback from teammates and clients. • Actively implement performance editing best practices, with a focus on maximizing viewer engagement and comprehension. • Thoroughly review completed work for technical and quality errors and ensure that all outputs are aligned with specified brand and legal guidelines. • Deliver completed edits and revisions by established deadlines. • Follow internal post-production naming and organizational guidelines. • Work efficiently and maintain project file and server hygiene. • Contribute to researching and requesting internal and external media assets.

🎯 Requirements

• Must first pass a Technology Audit to be considered. • Must work US daytime hours (available M-F, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm PST - with potential weekend work if available or up to 48-hour working weeks) • Must have availability for up to three months to start (further contract dependent on performance) • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Media Encoder with a knowledge of After Effects and the entire Adobe Suite. • Experience with Motion Graphic Templates and Premiere’s Essential Graphics Panel. • 2+ years experience editing for social media and digital platforms (advertising content a big plus). • Understanding of social media best practices and ecosystem trends. • Online editing skills: color correction, music supervision, sound mixing. • A firm grasp of digital camera formats, frame rates, codecs and file-based workflows. • Excellent communication and comprehension skills in English (both written and verbal). • Able to take direction well and conduct a thorough review of own work. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage editing many projects at once. • Familiarity with web-based collaboration tools, such as Frame.io, Zoom, Monday & Slack. • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. • Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Able to conduct themselves in a professional, remote-first environment.
