• 3+ years of professional experience creating engaging digital content for social media platforms • Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro skills with a strong foundation in storytelling and pacing • Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects proficiency, including motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects • Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills for graphic design, asset creation, and creative problem-solving • Deep understanding of social media optimization and platform-specific best practices • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong comprehension abilities for effective collaboration with international teams • Quick learner who thrives on feedback, adapts rapidly to new challenges, and takes ownership of creative work • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment • Must successfully complete technical audit • Must be available 9am-6pm PST
