• Provide high-quality repair and maintenance services for company and third-party products • Maintain and test Warden/Nursecall systems • Maintain and test dispersed/social alarms • Maintain and test door entry and access systems • Maintain and test other electrical and electronic products • Work with a variety of customers, including vulnerable and elderly people, in their homes • Deliver services efficiently and professionally • Work collaboratively as part of the One Tunstall team
• Proven experience as a Field Engineer • Electrical and electronic expertise maintaining and testing products • Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent • Full Category B UK driving license for manual vehicles • Experience of testing Fire Systems • Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills • Good problem-solving and analytical skills • Effective team-working ability • Effective time management and planning skills • Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces • Experience working with elderly or vulnerable people
