📋 Description
• Provide the highest quality repair and maintenance service to company and third-party products • Demonstrate exceptional customer relation and interpersonal skills • Work on equipment in customers' homes • Collaborate with diverse customers, including vulnerable and elderly individuals
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Field Engineer • Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent • Full Category B UK driving license (for manual vehicles) • Experience of testing Fire Systems • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces • Experience of working with the elderly or vulnerable • Good time management & planning skills • Strong interpersonal skills
