📋 Description

• Provide high-quality repair and maintenance services for company and third-party products • Maintain and test emergency lights, fire systems, and electrical/electronic products • Work remotely across the Birmingham area • Deal with a variety of customers, including vulnerable and elderly people • Work on equipment in customers’ homes • Deliver services efficiently and professionally • Collaborate and work effectively as part of a team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Engineer • Electrical and electronic experience maintaining/testing products • Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent • Full Category B UK driving license for manual vehicles • Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills • Good problem-solving and analytical skills • Effective team-working ability • Effective time management and planning skills • Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces • Experience working with elderly or vulnerable people
