• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI data projects — from scoping and requirements to execution and delivery. • Identify bottlenecks, iterate rapidly, and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. • Develop scalable operational frameworks including incentive structures, training programs, and quality assurance systems. • Collaborate with tooling and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and strengthen delivery capabilities. • Serve as the primary point of contact for leading AI research and operations teams. • Build strong client relationships by ensuring transparency, anticipating needs, and proactively driving performance improvements. • Deliver consistent, high-quality execution that strengthens trust and long-term client engagement. • Manage and align large distributed teams (50–70+ contributors) to meet performance, quality, and delivery goals. • Oversee onboarding, training, and performance tracking to maintain operational excellence. • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve delivery metrics and optimize team efficiency.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or project leadership roles. • Proven track record of managing large, distributed teams (50–70+ people) and driving measurable outcomes. • Background in consulting, high-growth startups, or operations-driven environments preferred. • Graduate from a top-tier institution (IIT, IIM, XLRI, SP Jain, or equivalent) strongly preferred. • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders. • Comfortable engaging directly with senior research and operations leaders in world-class AI organizations. • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is passionate about process optimization and continuous improvement through data and experimentation.
