• Lead with Purpose • Grow Revenue • Build and lead the Sales team: Recruit, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives and SDRs • Drive revenue growth: Own sales targets and build a repeatable engine for new business—especially in for-profit health • Lead from the front: Stay hands-on with key deals, crafting proposals and building senior relationships • Refine our GTM strategy: Sharpen ICP focus, sales playbooks, messaging, and outbound motion • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, partnerships, and marketing to position Turn.io as the platform of choice for scalable health services

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record closing complex B2B or SaaS deals, ideally with for-profit health providers or tech-forward businesses in emerging markets • Excited to build—not just operate—bringing structure, discipline, and energy to early-stage sales function • Know how to balance strategic thinking with efficient scrappy execution • Driven by results, but motivated by purpose—seeing how revenue growth can power lasting impact • Confident navigating cross-cultural teams and customers in the Global South • Bonus Points for Experience in healthtech, digital health, or messaging platforms • Familiarity with WhatsApp APIs or enterprise customer success • Based in or experienced selling into Africa, Asia, or LATAM
