• Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand Tuum’s platform, roadmap, and differentiators. • Translate technical information into clear, benefit-driven messaging for external audiences. • Create a wide range of content: website copy, blog posts, white papers, case studies, sales collateral, and webinar materials. • Support go-to-market launches with messaging, positioning, and collateral. • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure content supports demand generation goals. • Maintain a consistent tone of voice and messaging framework across all channels. • Interview subject matter experts, customers, and partners to produce authentic, credible content. • Monitor market trends and competitor messaging to keep Tuum’s narrative current and differentiated.
• 3–6 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or related roles. • Strong writing skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and engagingly. • Experience creating long-form B2B content such as white papers, guides, or case studies. • Comfortable working with technical teams and learning product details quickly. • Understanding of SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software markets is a plus. • Collaborative, organised, and proactive: you enjoy connecting dots between teams. • Native-level English writing ability.
