📋 Description

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing technical expertise, scoping use cases, and supporting implementation of video AI applications • Own technical relationships with strategic customers and ensure successful integrations • Resolve complex technical challenges and drive adoption across customer organizations • Guide customers on best practices for using TwelveLabs APIs to create secure, scalable, and differentiated video-understanding experiences • Serve as the first line of defense for design, security, compliance, and architecture questions • Escalate complex requirements to internal experts as needed • Create and maintain documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs • Gather customer feedback and represent the voice of developers and enterprises to internal teams • Help shape product roadmaps and future capabilities • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Implementation Engineer • Experience working with hyperscalers; AWS preferred, with hands-on experience supporting customers building on Amazon Bedrock • Experience with Azure, GCP, or other cloud providers also welcome • Strong understanding of and experience working with LLMs, multimodal AI, REST APIs, Python, JavaScript, and modern application development • Deep understanding of video workflows and video workloads • Experience driving customer implementations from kickoff through production launch • Track record of building trusted technical relationships • Exceptional communication skills, including translating complex technical concepts to business stakeholders • Ability to debug integration issues with engineering teams • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-changing environment • Collaborative, humble attitude and eagerness to help customers and internal teams succeed • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time annually • Ability to participate in on-site interviews and/or in-person onboarding processes as required
