📋 Description
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards. • Coordinate across multiple business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication, accountability, and delivery of project milestones. • Plan, monitor, and report on project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies. • Balance competing priorities within a dynamic environment containing multiple active and upcoming projects. • Apply and promote standardised project management frameworks and processes to support consistent, high-quality delivery outcomes. • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior leadership, highlighting key risks and mitigation strategies. • Support the continuous improvement of project delivery methods, tools, and templates within the PMO.
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BSIT, BSCS or similar. • 5+ years’ proven experience managing complex projects within corporate or matrixed environments. • Formal project management certification such as PMI (PMP) or Prince2 Practitioner. • Strong understanding of project governance, planning, budgeting, and risk management. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across technical and business teams. • Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or IT project delivery preferred. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills. • Flexible and adaptable approach to managing projects with both strict and evolving timelines.
