📋 Description

• Manage tax compliance, reporting, and optimisation across multiple entities. • Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws, including GST, income tax, and other relevant tax obligations. • Prepare accurate financial and tax-related reports in line with Australian standards. • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise financial performance and minimise tax liabilities. • Manage, prepare, and file tax returns and all required legislative documents on time. • Assist in tax audits by providing detailed documentation, reconciliations, and auditor support. • Maintain organised, complete, and compliant tax records for all hospitality entities. • Monitor expenses related to tax compliance and identify opportunities for cost efficiency. • Stay up to date with changes in Australian tax regulations and communicate relevant updates to the business.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. • Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of Australian tax regulations. • Proficiency in accounting software, Australian tax software, and Microsoft Office (Excel essential). • Experience using NetSuite or similar accounting/ERP systems is preferred. • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills. • In-depth understanding of Australian tax laws, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.
