• This position will be responsible for the content strategy and educational solutions for our LMS platform, defining what to develop, why, for whom, and how to validate. • It will also be responsible for guiding the evolution of the corporate learning content portfolio, ensuring relevance, quality, and impact. • Additionally, it will play a key role in managing content partners and developing partner consultants (commercial channels), strengthening the platform's expansion. • The role also includes producing strategic inputs for Go-to-Market initiatives, applying an analytical mindset with a strong customer focus. • Will lead the content team, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Experience in managing and developing educational content; • Experience with digital products, corporate learning, training, and/or LMS platforms; • Experience with data analysis and structured decision-making; • Degree in psychology, pedagogy, communication, business administration, marketing, or related fields. • Differentials: • Experience in Product Marketing, Discovery, or solution management; • Experience structuring sales channels (partner consultants); • Experience with content partners or advanced content curation; • Postgraduate degree or recognized certifications; • Knowledge of learning methodologies or instructional design.
