📋 Description

• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable infrastructure across AWS environments • Improving CI/CD pipelines to support faster, safer deployments • Leading infrastructure automation and configuration management using tools like Terraform and Ansible • Monitoring system performance and proactively identifying areas for improvement • Supporting high-availability systems and ensuring disaster recovery plans are in place • Collaborating with engineering teams to optimise deployment workflows and system architecture • Managing secrets, access controls, and security best practices across environments • Evaluating and integrating new tools and technologies to improve platform reliability • Participating in incident response and postmortems to drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with AWS infrastructure and services • Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) • A proactive approach to monitoring, alerting, and incident management • Strong scripting skills (e.g. Bash, Python) and automation mindset • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments • Willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation (1-in-4 week rotation)
