📋 Description

• Senior Accountant focused on Intacct to serve CAAS; manage client engagements, optimize financial processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting. • Lead month-end close, client onboarding, and Sage Intacct implementations, leveraging FloQast and cloud ERP for real-time visibility. • Provide fractional Controller-level advisory, mentorship to staff accountants, and system optimization. • Report to Team Manager; fully remote in the U.S. and can work from anywhere in CAAS. • Collaborate with global CAAS teams; ensure audit-ready financial records and GAAP compliance. • Drive automation and process improvements using FloQast, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks Online; support payroll processing and compliance. • Conduct quarterly financial reviews with clients; deliver data-driven insights and advisory recommendations. • Provide training on Sage Intacct and other cloud tools; support system migrations and onboarding. • Work environment: remote with potential travel; TydeCo’s outsourced accounting solutions. • About TydeCo: equal opportunity employer; focus on ERP and HRP solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting experience as a Senior Accountant, Senior Staff Accountant or Sr. Controller preferably in outsourced accounting, advisory services, or a CPA firm. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CPA eligibility preferred for Senior Staff Accountant or in lieu of degree 12+ years of relevant experience. • Proficiency in Sage Intacct (Required), including: • Proficient in Core Financial Modules • Experience creating Financial Reports • Experience with Multi-Entity environments • Experience with Advanced Workflows • Experience using FloQast for close management, reconciliation tracking, and workflow automation (Required). • Strong technical expertise in multi-entity, multi-currency accounting functions. • Experience with payroll, sales tax filings, and financial audits. • Strong analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving mindset. • Background in SaaS, outsourced accounting, or financial consulting. • Familiarity with ERP implementations and financial technology integrations. • Experience in client-facing financial advisory roles.
