📋 Description

• Support the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations across UK, USA, Singapore, and Canada entities • Manage accounts payable, including coding supplier invoices, routing approvals through Omnea, and helping process payments • Manage accounts receivable, including raising customer invoices and chasing overdue accounts • Perform daily multi-currency bank reconciliations across GBP, USD, EUR, and SGD • Process employee expenses via Spendesk and Deel • Post journals and maintain accurate financial records • Keep customer and supplier data current, reconciled, and auditable • Provide weekly AR and AP inputs for cash flow forecasting • Respond to billing and supplier payment queries and escalate issues as appropriate • Assist with month-end balance sheet reconciliations • Maintain prepayment and accrual schedules, including monthly releases and AP accruals • Support monthly P&L and balance sheet reporting, investigate unexpected items, and assist with variance analysis • Complete assigned month-end tasks accurately and on schedule • Work closely with the Finance Manager and CFO, developing accounting foundations and progressing toward broader accounting responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• An accounting or finance graduate with 0–2 years' experience in a finance role • Studying, or planning to study, towards ACA, ACCA, or CIMA • Strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy • Well organised and dependable, able to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadline • A clear communicator who is comfortable asking questions and collaborating with others • Comfortable managing your own workload in a fully remote environment • Demonstrate radical responsibility by taking ownership of work and following through on commitments • Naturally curious, asking thoughtful questions to understand the “why” behind the numbers • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and support the wider global finance team • Embrace learning and new challenges, taking on increasing responsibility
