📋 Description

• Advise TradFi integrators on risk management frameworks to help them adopt the Morpho protocol • Translate complex DeFi mechanisms into language familiar to traditional finance • Execute independent data analysis using SQL, Python, or Dune to answer critical questions • Build and maintain dashboards and queries that surface key risk metrics • Develop deep expertise in Morpho's protocol architecture and risk model • Educate DeFi-native colleagues on TradFi conventions to strengthen Morpho's ability to speak the language of institutional clients • Identify data gaps and edge cases in integration scenarios to mitigate risks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of TradFi experience in trading, risk management, or quantitative research at a front-office role (large bank, hedge fund, or market maker) • Extensive hands-on experience using programming tools (SQL, Python, R, or similar) to answer critical business questions and provide actionable guidance • Professional experience in DeFi or crypto is ideal; alternatively, deep personal experience is acceptable • Ability to explain how MEV works at a high level • Experience with DeFi protocols and self-custody wallets • Managing disagreements about risk assessments and developing risk frameworks for novel strategies or new instruments • Intermediate to expert-level knowledge in both DeFi and TradFi—ideally expert in one, intermediate in the other
