• Own annual revenue, margin, and new-logo targets across all USMMG service lines. • Develop a customer specific strategy for intermodal, drayage, transloading, truckload, expedited, and U.S.–Mexico / U.S.–Canada cross-border services. • Partner with operations, pricing, and network leaders to structure profitable, executable customer solutions. • Cultivate executive relationships with shipper CSCOs, VPs of Logistics, and procurement leaders. • Responsible for pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and CRM. • Represent USMMG at industry events, strategic RFPs, and senior customer reviews.
• 10+ years of commercial sales experience. • Proven track record of building and scaling multi-modal books of business. • Preferred experience selling North American intermodal networks and port drayage. • Strong analytical, pricing, and contract negotiation skills. • Experience selling into Fortune 1000 shippers across CPG, retail, and industrial verticals. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. • Will need to travel.
