📋 Description

• Lead UBC’s strategic feasibility and evidence-generation design function to create market-leading solutions for post-marketing research, value demonstration, hybrid studies, and registration-support trials. • Conduct proactive, data-driven feasibility analyses. • Evaluate patient population, country/site selection, protocol complexity, and regulatory landscape • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Serve as a thought leader in modern study methodologies. • Develop tailored study designs. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with site networks, ensuring these capabilities are effectively integrated. • Provide strategic guidance on leveraging methodologies to optimize trial success. • Translate complex design concepts into clear strategies for clients and contribute to marketing initiatives. • Provide methodological input for proposals and bid defenses. • Identify, onboard, cultivate, and govern strategic partnerships with site networks. • Act as technical expert and liaison across BD, study teams, and site operations. • Lead feasibility processes from initial assessment through delivery. • Maintain deep industry knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 12–15+ years in clinical research or related field. • Deep expertise in site operations and landscaping, feasibility analysis, RWD, decentralized trials, and modernized study design. • Strong scientific, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. • Ability to collaborate across functions and influence senior stakeholders. • Excellent writing and presentation skills for client-facing deliverables.
