📋 Description

• Process incoming invoices, including securing approvals and booking them into NetSuite (NS). • Manage and respond to payment reminders and correspond with both internal and external partners. • Prepare and execute the weekly payment run, including processing manual payments. • Maintain and clean up the AP Aging Report. • Process credit card statement imports and follow up with relevant departments to ensure complete documentation. • Execute payroll payments and manage the corresponding import into NetSuite (NS). • Conduct a thorough check and reconciliation of payroll liabilities using Floqast. • Review and manage the rejected bills report. • Perform monthly reconciliation of all AP items. • Serve as vacation back-up for processing Rydoo (travel expenses), sync Rydoo expenses to NetSuite (NS) and create the necessary HR report. • Support continuous improvement by reviewing current processes and helping suggest areas of improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in an Accounts Payable or similar accounting role • Fluency in English is essential. German language skills are advantageous • Proficiency with accounting software; experience with NetSuite (NS) is a plus. • Strong understanding of account reconciliation principles. • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured manner. • Strong communication skills for corresponding with internal teams and external suppliers. • Experience with expense management tools like Rydoo is a plus
