📋 Description

• Responsible for drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including but not limited to business contracts and compliance documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Represent the company in business negotiations with clients and suppliers, ensuring that transaction terms comply with regulations and align with the company’s interests. • Provide support in company compliance, especially with regulations such as GDPR. • Possesses strong legal research skills, efficiently obtaining and understanding relevant legal information to provide robust support for decision-making. • Provide operational support to the legal team and create and align processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a qualified commercial lawyer, preferably in SaaS/Tech companies. • Proficiency in English; additional languages (French, German or Italian) are advantageous. • In-depth knowledge of GDPR and its application in a commercial context. • Previous experience or keen interest in legal operations • Very positive mindset. • Team player. • Desirable knowledgeable in Spanish Labour Law.
