• Execute projects related to location data according to the guidelines provided • Utilize our ticketing system to document and track project progress, ensuring timely and transparent communication with project requestors. • Collaborate with internal teams and provide internal stakeholders with periodic reviews of network listings, highlighting data discrepancies and updates • Work efficiently through high volumes of data, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to guidelines. • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to provide a seamless and responsive support experience.
🎯 Requirements
• A professional with 1-2 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field. • A motivated individual with strong organizational skills • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets. • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and apply processes to real situations • Excellent communication skills in English for collaboration with internal teams • A proactive mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks and delivering results within tight deadlines • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing industry • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus • Proficiency in using ticketing systems and creating tracking tools in spreadsheets is a plus
