• Want to get to the next step in your international career? • We can support you! • Ubiminds is a GPTW-certified, people-first company that partners with American software product companies to scale their development footprint. • Ubi custom-curates Brazilian top 5% talent for their LATAM strategy, offering a unique combo of staff augmentation and employer-of-record services. • Are you a data-driven marketer who thrives on measurable results? • Passionate about building demand engines, automating funnels, and optimizing digital performance with creativity and AI? • Ubiminds is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to help scale our go-to-market efforts across the U.S. tech market. • If you’re fluent in English, love autonomy, and want to play a strategic role in a growing company, this might be your next challenge. • Own our entire digital ecosystem: website, blog, landing pages (WordPress + Elementor + Active Campaign). • Plan, launch, and optimize multichannel campaigns (email, SEO, LinkedIn, partnerships). • Build and improve marketing automation flows in ActiveCampaign. • Track CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs, and help push marketing-sourced revenue. • Collaborate closely with sales and design to align messaging and drive pipeline growth. • Lead our experimentation roadmap — A/B tests, CRO, AI tools. • Own performance reporting and optimization cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in digital marketing roles (preferably B2B/SaaS). • Fluent English (written and spoken). • Advanced experience with WordPress, Elementor, ActiveCampaign, and SEO tools. • Ability to plan and measure marketing funnels and buyer journeys. • Hands-on knowledge of AI tools and their use in marketing ops. • Strategic thinker with high ownership and strong execution drive. • Experience selling to U.S. tech companies or working with international audiences. • Familiarity with Marketo or HubSpot. • Contributions to communities, podcasts, or thought leadership.
