It integrates with DATEV (keeps DATEV as the accounting fachsystem), includes AI-driven assistants (KI-assistant, e-mail and phone assistants), is DSGVO-compliant with EU hosting, role-based access, encryption and two-factor authentication, and offers a 3-week onboarding. The product targets professional service firms (tax/accounting firms) to reduce administrative overhead and improve client communication and deadline management.

📋 Description

• Implement customer projects using Make.com, n8n, Zapier, Lovable, and Supabase • Independently build, test, and document automations • Integrate external APIs, webhooks, and tools such as Airtable, Notion, and Google Sheets • Perform basic debugging and troubleshoot automation issues • Communicate with customers regarding technical requirements and project updates • Contribute to system architecture and solution design • Gradually take on greater responsibility for project management • Potentially lead all fulfillment processes as Head of Operations • Manage additional tech employees and freelancers • Play a strategic role in scaling the delivery function

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Make.com and n8n (required) • Experience with Lovable, Supabase, and Zapier (a plus) • Solid basic understanding of API logic, webhooks, and data flows • Basic coding skills, such as JavaScript or Python • Experience using business tools such as Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace • Experience with GPT integrations and AI agents (nice to have) • Systems thinking and a structured approach to work • Ownership mentality • Strong communication skills, including customer-facing communication • Eager to learn, ambitious, and quick to adapt • Interest in process optimization, automation, and efficiency
