📋 Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with the Bundeswehr and external security organizations • Design and execute go-to-market strategies to position UiPath as a trusted automation and digitalization partner • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders—from operational units to senior leadership • Present and promote UiPath’s value proposition through tailored use cases and consultative selling • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Customer Success, PreSales) and external partners (integrators, resellers) to ensure successful deployments • Analyze industry and competitor developments to align UiPath’s approach with market-specific requirements • Deliver account plans, business cases, and regular reports on customer needs, opportunities, and risks

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of organizational structures, processes, and procurement dynamics within the Bundeswehr or related institutions • Proven sales experience in the software industry, preferably in defense-related environments • Established and reliable network within the Bundeswehr ecosystem (including decision-makers, influencers, and key users) • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear, outcome-oriented way • Strategic mindset and the ability to work independently with a high level of ownership • Military experience or active reserve duty with a technology or leadership background is highly welcome • Fluent in German, proficient in English
