📋 Description

• Support Distribution Services Department functions within the Transfer Agency • Assist in maintaining relationships between Ultimus mutual fund clients and financial intermediaries trading partner funds • Support execution and workflow processing of standard dealer agreements • File executed agreements and maintain agreement databases • Provide reporting to trust boards, clients, and internal colleagues • Resolve client and dealer questions or issues related to agreements • Monitor the Distribution Services mailbox and allocate correspondence • Provide requested reports and updates • Review intermediary invoices for accuracy • Calculate allocations between fund expenses and advisor expenses when needed • Resolve unpaid invoices and invoices requiring follow-up • Maintain the UDA website, including intermediary requirements and pricing • Support the UDA Shared Events program as necessary • Upload client data to the DTCC MFPS Profile II database • Assist with implementation of new services • Contact clients regarding information, issue resolution, inquiries, and reporting requirements • Coordinate with team members and internal teams on inquiries and workflow • Perform other duties as required or assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field • 1–3 years of experience in client services or related field • Experience within the financial services industry • Equivalent education and experience will be considered • Knowledge of the financial services industry • Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat • Good judgment • Client service skills and ability to understand clients' business needs • Strong client relationship maintenance skills • Troubleshooting using creative and critical thinking • Multitasking, analytical, and organizational skills • Strategic, meticulous, quality-focused, efficient, and effective approach • Personal integrity, responsibility, and accountability • Effective use of time and information with associates • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Clear and concise written and oral communication • Active listening and open exchange of ideas and information • Ability to identify, arrange for, and obtain resources to accomplish goals • Ability to establish and develop effective working relationships • Ability to adapt priorities and deadlines to changing conditions and obstacles
