📋 Description

• Ultrahuman is the world's most comprehensive self-quantification platform offering Ring AIR, M1, Blood Vision, and Ultrahuman Home. • Role: User Experience Intern responsible for ensuring legendary user experience through logistical execution and exceptional support. • Fulfill user requests with the CX team and manage global logistical coordination and timely delivery. • Provide customer support, collaborate cross-functionally, identify and resolve logistical challenges, and continuously improve processes. • Maintain accurate data records and be available during peak times, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

🎯 Requirements

• Work closely with the CX team to understand and fulfill user requests promptly and accurately. • Manage and oversee logistical execution on a global scale, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services. • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing user needs and resolving issues with a customer-first approach. • Collaborate with product, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of user requests. • Identify and resolve logistical challenges to deliver a smooth user experience. • Be available during peak times, including evenings and weekends, to address urgent user needs. • Seek feedback and continuously improve processes to enhance the user experience. • Maintain accurate records of user interactions, requests, and logistical operations. • Application requirement: Send a Loom video answering specified questions and provide links to work (Git/Dribbble/Behance/portfolio).
