📋 Description

• Implementation of projects within your area of expertise in an SME environment (design, installation and configuration of services) • Support and participation in cross-team large-scale projects within your area of expertise • Competent consulting, support and servicing of customers – remotely and on site (consulting, engineering, sourcing, cloud) • Support in the operation and maintenance of the assigned customer group • Independent execution of your tasks in collaboration with your team colleagues or in cross-functional competence teams • Participation in the development of services or in the automation of existing processes – depending on your skills and interests

🎯 Requirements

• Prior knowledge, experience and ideally certifications in one or more of the following technologies: network and perimeter security with Fortinet products • Hybrid cloud infrastructure environments with Microsoft cloud services (Entra, M365 Suite) • Modern workplace environments with Microsoft Intune • Messaging with Exchange Online or Exchange on-premises, including related systems • Microsoft core services such as Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, etc. • Completed IT vocational training (Swiss Federal VET Diploma - EFZ) in System Technology, Platform Development or as an IT Generalist, with several years of professional experience • Further professional training (e.g. Higher Technical School - HF, Professional Certificate - FA) or product certifications – ideally • A healthy innovative mindset and motivation to improve and further develop customer environments • Excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
