📋 Description
• Assist Business Banking and Practice Finance officers in portfolio management activities • Partner with and support relationship managers and client managers • Perform credit underwriting for renewals, modifications, changes in terms, credit reviews, and reaffirmations • Analyze business and personal financial statements with the underwriting team • Monitor portfolio continuously tracking loan exceptions, covenants, and other management activities • Provide specialized risk guidance on existing portfolio of watch list credits • Secure financial information and test covenant requirements • Manage early warning signs for the portfolio and follow established protocol • Ensure loan servicing actions are properly administered • Address complaints and resolve documentation exceptions
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related area • At least 6 hours of accounting • 1+ year in Business Loan experience (up to $5MM) • 1+ year credit analysis experience • Any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background • Demonstrated credit decision making skills • Demonstrated financial analytical skills with ability to solve complex problems by interpreting data and results • Excellent writing skills to create credit memos • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate with sales force and credit managers • Ability to work independently • Proficiency of Excel, and Word to create tables and worksheets for credit memos
