📋 Description

• Narrative Strategy and Architecture: Translate objectives into clear, persuasive messages. Maintain consistent language, tone and narrative frameworks. Create concepts, campaigns, headlines, slogans, scripts and structures. Plan communication with a focus on real impact. • High-Performance Copy: Produce scripts, VSLs, emails, flows, posts, carousels, landing pages, sales/product pages and video/audio scripts. Master frameworks (AIDA, PAS, StoryBrand, 3-Act structure, VSLs, storytelling, proofs, mechanisms). Create copy oriented to conversion, engagement and authority. • Metrics and Optimization: Analyze CTR, conversion, retention, reading time, ROI and funnel performance. Understand the customer journey, CAC, LTV and business metrics. Test and validate hypotheses, optimize campaigns and continuously iterate. • Narrative Coherence: Ensure alignment between Copy, Social, Branding, Product, SEO and Sales. Collaborate with designers and audiovisual teams. Turn insights into scalable campaigns. Adapt to trends and new formats. • Creator + AI Mindset: Create quickly while maintaining depth and creativity. Adapt writing for different audiences and platforms. Use AI for research, ideation, refinement and prototyping. Deliver copy with a strong narrative and clear intent.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a Copywriter. • Mastery of creative, persuasive and strategic writing. • Experience with ads, landing pages, emails, scripts and a variety of narratives. • Ability to create and adapt visual content. • Knowledge of metrics and data analysis. • Proficiency in copywriting frameworks. • Speed, quality, critical thinking, organization and consistency.
