• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Microsoft technologies - Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, etc. • Build automated workflows and apps that improve business efficiency and productivity. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other third-party systems. • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions. • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices. • Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing workflows and applications. • Provide documentation, training, and support to end-users. • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.. • Stay updated with new Power Platform features and recommend innovative solutions.
• Trustworthy, self-motivated, responsive and sharp • Strong listening, verbal, written and presentation communication skills are essential • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Strong communication skills, organization skills, time management skills and collaboration skills. • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps development. • Experience integrating APIs, connectors, and external data sources • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools • Excellent attention to detail • **Preferred Qualifications:** • - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) • - Good sense of UI/UX design • - Experience working in a manufacturing industry or developing ordering or accounting systems • - Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI • - Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus
