📋 Description

• Assist with Lending Operations and Cash management including daily reconciliations, post daily cash transactions and interest payments • Assist with management of NetLoans LMS software • Assist loan operations including reviewing bank accounts for client principal payments • Maintain loan operations documentation (New Funding, Loan Activity, and Past Due Interest tracking) • Assist with accounts payable administration and management • Ensure accuracy for all transactions for entity, GL coding, state and departments • Reconcile accounts as assigned • Assist with month end close process including cash and loan account reconciliations, journal entries and bank statements • Maintain accurate fixed asset listings and reconciliations • Process prepaid amortization and track prepaid expenses • Actively assist the VP of Accounting on initiatives to improve processes • Assist with year-end audit, SOC and tax requests • Assist with ad hoc tasks or data entry projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience working in accounting or bookkeeping • Associates degree or higher in accounting • Experience with accounts payable and prepaids • Experience with accounting software systems • Proficient with Google Suite Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel • Highly resourceful team-player • Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
