• Work in HORECA channel (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers); meet target customer groups like Chefs, Purchase Managers, Owners every day. • Develop the Horeca channel focusing on hotels/cafe/restaurants sector for sales & business development for UFS packs. • Identify and secure new clients and grow existing clients to meet revenue targets. • Manage Distributors in assigned geography (stocks, billing, inventory, hygiene, secondary, ROI). • Analyse market needs and trends and deliver strategies to support the company's business development plan. • Develop and maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to facilitate support to potential and existing clients. • Meet the sales targets and KPIs as set and agreed upon by senior management and provide weekly reporting on sales activities. • Collaborate with Area Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to execute territory plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales with a focus on Horeca (Hotels/Restaurants/Cafes). • MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization OR Hotel Management Graduate. • Experience in HORECA in Food/Beverages products sales preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Must be fluent in English and local language. • Self-motivated, hardworking, able to work independently and as a good team player. • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and provide customized solutions. • Must be willing to travel as needed.
